Lunch date in the Hamptons? All in a days work dahling.

With a backdrop of glistening blue water, a glamorous A-Lister crowd and an endless flow of Pimms cocktails –  Melbourne’s Middle Park was transformed to a “Hamptons-chic” party for the launch of Harris Scarfe’s Spring/Summer Collection.

Hosted at the sea-side SandBar Beach Café, the lunch was a celebration of the latest home wear & fashion to come from the much loved Australian Department store. Guests included the stunning Jesinta Campbell who donned a Harris Scarfe ensemble for the occasion (seriously – we want this, now), the lovely girl’s from Winners & Losers, Melbourne’s IT couple Brodie Harper and Health Meldrum, model Monika Clarke, Tania Buckley, Amber Petty, singer Zoe Badwi as well as the crème of Melbourne media and bloggers.

The gorgeous café overlooking Port Phillip was styled with the bright, on trend Harris Scarfe homewears to create a fresh and inspired setting for the afternoon.  Splashes of yellows and blues popped against rustic whites, with settings on display that could be re-envisioned in the home.  Whilst celebs and media mingled, cocktails in hand – a host of models on the beach styled in HS clothes played croquet for the crowd. Pop colours, preppy prints and on trend silhouettes dominated the collection which is available for ridiculously affordable prices at Harris Scarfe Stores.

Whilst the crowd came for the Love of HS, they were also entertained by the fabulous Marketing & Creative mind behind the brand Chris Kontos who took to the stage (and the model podium) for an amusing address.  And along with the HS giftbags handed to each guest, I have also taken home with me Chris’ vocab – drainers, STANDARD, Loves It and titchies (unsure on the spelling with this one, but I like none the less.)
