When we think of Nature, we think of the outdoors, flowers and animals, but how often do we refer to nature as an art form.  UK artist Finch AKA Mister Finch draws on the idea of nature as his main inspiration when creating his kooky yet intriguing pieces of art.

Using scraps of fabric, paper and thread as a starting point, Finch takes ones imagination into a world infused with fairytales and nature, producing individual pieces that all have a story attached to their creation- as he states they are “fairytale creatures looking for new owners and worlds to inhabit”.

Finch’s designs humanise animals by adding features such as shoes and clothes as he imagines that these creatures come alive at night. This eludes the imagination to a whole new world of thinking and when viewing the beautiful art pieces of Mr Finch, you do find yourself thinking of nature and the fairytale connotations he connects his art with.
