A week in the life of a convertible owner – The Peugeot 308CC
June 28th, 2012
The past week I have been seen sporting the latest wheels that are on everybody’s lips – the Peugeot 308CC.
A big step up from my first car that I still own, which took me my hard working high school days working in a juice bar and popcorn shop to save to afford. A Toyota Corolla decked out with pink number plates, pink hello kitty car seat covers and a barbie bobble head – no image is needed for this in comparison.
Now growing up, only my barbies drove convertibles…..this week I got to experience how they felt when being pushed around the lounge room.
With Sweaty Betty decal, airwave neck heating system, leather interior and have to mention ELECTRONIC WINDOWS – you couldn’t ask for more of a dream car. The 308CC commands the road with superb confidence to deliver a ride of breathtaking excitement. Combined with the powerful turbo engine, this is your (and was my) opportunity to discover, top up or down, what the thrill of the road is really about.
It turned into a Where’s Wally game…but more along the lines of “Where’s The Peugeot Today” photo opportunity. Whether it be for a workout, a spot of shopping, or a nice Sunday drive….the Peugeot definitely got around town!
Check out the paparazzi snaps below:
Thank you to Peugeot for one the of the best weeks of my life!
I must say there are tears in my eyes passing it on to the next Bettie to experience the dream, now G2G to get onto internet banking to create a savings account!
